The Katen theme uses the MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress plugin for newsletters.

Setup Mailchimp

Open MC4WP -> Mailchimp
Click here to get your Mailchimp API key
Fill in the API Key field
Click the Save Changes button

Customize the form

Open MC4WP -> Form
